Zenith against Asian double-power!

Zenith against Asian double-power!

StarsBoba plays divison leader Zenith, afterward Zenith goes head to head with current 3rd place team Orange eSports.

After Stars Bobas' recent transition to Dota 2 that was announced few days ago, many had high hopes for this very well known team even with a new roster.  Acquiring ex-Skynet and WAG teammates to form a stable roster to head into the still very young competitive Dota 2 scene.

Stars Bobas new roster currently consists of:

 Nguyen "S" Viet Huy

 Phan "blackmoon" Van Nam

 Pham "Jessica" Trong Minh

 Le "NeverSmile" Tu Minh

 Nguyen "579" Ngoc Truong

 Do "ramzai97" Quoc Minh Duc

Marking the start of the ProDota 2 Asian Region was enough to entice the Vietnamese team to come over and try to make their presence known, but unfortunately has had little success to far within this particular venue.  Going 0-4 in the Asian bracket so far they're going up against the division leader which right now is Zenith.

Being a relatively new team to Dota 2 does come with it's own harships, however similar the game many competitive players have spoken on the fact that you simply cannot adjust in a short period if time.  It will take weeks if not months for Stars Boba to become fully acclimated to the new engine, playstyles of professional teams, not to mention the delay difference with new servers.

Can Stars Boba overcome these adversities and take a game off the division leaders?  Zenith has not dropped a game as of yet and stand at the top with a 2-0 score, taking out the first International winners EHOME.  Stars Boba certainly has their work cut out for them if they want to place well in this tournament.

Zenith on the other hand has been doing great thus far, with a record that shows they're a team to be trifled with even in the Asian Pro bracket.  Going off of this momentum it wouldn't be surprising to see them continue on their winning streak and without a doubt going up against an under-dog team being Stars Boba.

Zenith's Current Roster:

 Wong "ChuaN" Hock Chuan

 Benedict "hyhy" Lim Han Yong

 Daryl "iceiceice" Koh Pei Xiang

 Toh "xy-" Wai Hong

 Nicholas "xfreedom" Lim

One thing is for sure in this match, when you have a team that has yet to win and has nothing to lose they're much more willing to pull out all the stops to put on at the very least a great show.  This match will definitely not be one you want to miss!

Just a little while after the match between SB and Zenith comes to a close we will have another round of the Asian bracket of ProDota 2 taking in Zenith themselves and another top 3 team at the moment in Orange eSports.  The only difference between the two in standing is one extra game played by Orange which resulted in an unfortunate loss making them 2-1 to Zeniths 2-0 (Subject to change before match time)

Orange eSports is a Malaysian based team with a couple of very well known players on their Dota 2 roster such as Yamateh and Mushi, looking to take out Zenith to secure their place in the top seed of the Asian ProDota 2 bracket.

Oranges current Dota 2 roster:

 Ng "Yamateh" Wei poong

 Chua "Ice" Chee Cai

 Joel "xtinct" Chan Zhang Leong

 Lee "Ky.xY" Kong Yang

 Chan "winter" Litt-Binn

 Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung

Zenith will be playing both of these matches back to back, starting at 16:00 CET for the first match against Stars Boba, then going on to play Orange at 17:00.  Both matches are best of one and will be played tomorrow (May, 8th).  Be sure to catch them both to see who advances in the ProDota 2 Asian Bracket:

StarsBoba vs  Zenith - 16:00 CET
Orange eSports vs  Zenith - 17:00 CET

Don't miss it! Cya!
