Hi there, the time has finally come. The NON-Pro Asia qualifiers will take place on the 27th of April beginning at 1800 Singapore time. The time has been changed because there are many teams that had scheduling conflicts due to ongoing LAN tournaments on Saturday.

Four teams have been invited and will qualify automatically to participate in the NON-Pro league, whilst eight slots remain to be taken.

The four qualified teams are:
 AEON
 Duskbin
 WAM
 GiGa

For the rest of the participants, eight groups have been created, and winners of each group will take one slot in the league. Groups can be found in this document HERE.

In each group, a bracket is constructed. Be sure to click on the Challonge link in the document for your matchups!

Things to take note:
  1. Initial games are best of 1. The final for each group is best of 3.
  2. You are responsible to contact your opponents, so be sure to add their captains on steam. Their steam profiles are listed in the document. Any one of you can create the game.
  3. Game name: [PD2] Team 1 vs Team 2
    Password: Both teams decide
    Mode: Captain's Mode
    Version: Tournament
    Pick turn: Random
    Sides: Team 1 - The Radiant, Team 2 - The Dire
    First team with all 5 members will be choose which team to be. 
  4. The first games must begin latest by 1800 Singapore time, and subsequent games should be played ASAP when both teams are ready.
  5. You CAN play the games earlier on the same day, but you have to contact your opponents yourself.
  6. You CAN make changes to your roster until 27th of April.
  7. When both teams are ready to play (not in official game), if a team does not turn up within 15 minutes of a game, the team will forfeit the game.
  8. All games must be played on Singapore servers. You MUST allow spectators.
  9. If both teams agree on a different server, it will still be subjected to my approval. 
  10. Sub forums of the groups will be created in the Non-Pro Registration Asia forum. You are required to your results in your own group. Your topic name should be 'Team X defeat Team Y'. Only the winners should post, and will be required to post a screenshot of the final scoreboard in the forum for validation. If there is no screenshot, the win is not recorded until one is provided.
  11. There are no broadcasters lined up.
  12. In any event, my decision will be the final say.

If you cannot make it that day and time, I'm sorry but it cannot be postponed. You should find a replacement and he must be listed in the forum post with your Steam IDs.

UPDATE:
If you have tried contacting your opponents and they have not responded, all you have to do is to create a forum post for your match (PRODOTA2.COM Team 1 vs Team 2)and leave the password of the game inside (Game should remain created). If the team does not respond to the post after 15 minutes, they team will forfeit the game.

correct me if im wrong is the time 3pm at Philippines? 1500 Singapore time = 3pm here at Philippines?

If you can't play on this day, please add the other group members and talk to them about it. If they all agree on another day (Must be any day earlier than Saturday, SAME TIME) then you can talk to me and I will decide. If you can't reach your group member, talk to all the others first, then after that I will talk to the team that didn't respond. If they still don't respond, I will then decide how it goes.

Time and Date has been changed. Date is now fixed, starting time might change depending on response.

Is it too late to please add one sub for the roster as some team members are unsure.
